Short Run Components Ltd. recognises the absolute need to produce products which exceed our customer requirements. It is the objective of our Quality System to produce all products to exact specification at a competitive price, and to deliver those products to the customer.
 
Each employee recruited is trained to appreciate the necessity of producing products which conform to the customer’s drawings and specifications. In this regard, the company shall always endeavour to provide the best possible quality products to customers, whether in single or large batch quantities.
 
The responsibility for product Quality and our Quality Service lies with each employee of Short Run Components Ltd., not just with the Quality Department, and as such all of our employees are trained to the highest standards.
 
Any and all necessary resources to implement and improve our Quality System will be made available where appropriate.

Statement of Quality Policy
Short Run Components Ltd. was awarded the Excellence Ireland Quality Award in 1988 and we have continued a policy of quality excellence in the subsequent years. We also adhere to British Quality Standards.
 
The philosophy of our company’s Quality system is to build quality into our products during production, not work to eliminate faults post-production. As a result, each step of the production process is carefully monitored and controlled to produce outstanding results.
 
Here at Short Run Components Ltd., we have four main guiding principles in relation to Quality:
 
  1. • One - Quality comes first.
 
  1. • Two - The customer is the focus of everything we do.
 
  1. • Three - Continuous improvement is essential to continued success.
 
  1. • Four - Every employee has a contribution to make.
 
Our Quality / Engineering department is at the disposal of our customers at all times for assistance in prepration of samples, or for any other technical enquiries.
